2013-Introducing MCS to faculties à l’Université Peleforo GON COULIBALY de Korhogo

The learners and the teachers are the central figures in the RDKONEL’s school reform project implementation process. Our projects are usually created to bring a better change to the school that fits today and tomorrow’s opportunities based on the needs of the students and teachers. Therefore, at RDKONEL, we always process meetings with teachers and students to talk about their existing learning and teaching resource materials. Additionally, we learn about the culture and ideology by visiting the school environment such as communities living around the school, students and professors living environment, recreational sites, and the city’s leadership.

July 2010- invited by the President of Côte d’Ivoire to learn about the project MCS.

I met with Dr. Alassane Dramane Ouattara who showed an important interest in the project MCS. For he believed that was his vision for education in his country. So he promised to help finance the implementation of the project MCS after october 2010. I really appreciated his warm welcome that day of July 2010. MCS was to facilitate the autonomy of higher education in Cote d’Ivoire.

The pandemic of the Covid-19 virus has drastically changed the world of education. College and university leaders in the US and around the world are concerned about graduation rates and enrollment limiting factors impacting student populations.
Students most often leave college for the expensive tuitions, to care for family members, earn money, or deal with health issues. A travel ban has also cut the numbers of available international students. Online learning is not advancing as it was supposed to be in this pandemic of the Covid-19 era.
